Meet Our Leadership Team

Lauren

Lauren joined the team in 2021 to launch Magnify’s payroll division. She brings with her nearly 10 years of HCM sales experience. Prior to joining Magnify, Lauren attended Grove City College where she was a varsity swimmer and water polo player, earning three appearances in the national tournament.  She also edited the college newspaper, the Collegian.

Lauren lives in Pittsburgh with her high school sweetheart, Nick, their two children, and their boxer, Kane.

Julie

Julie joined Magnify Payroll in 2022 as our Director of Operations. She’s truly an asset to the team and to our customer success having worked in every area of the business prior to joining us. Julie brings with her 12+ years of payroll experience in sales, implementation, tax, and customer service. The best part of working with Julie is her commitment to getting it right the first time, for the customer and for our business. Her work ethic and commitment benefit both Magnify and Magnify clients alike. Simply stated, Julie CARES, and it shines through in every conversation.

Before joining Magnify Payroll, Julie earned a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. She worked for several years in retail as a store manager followed by 12 years in the payroll industry, where she found her stride.

When Julie is not working, she keeps busy by spending time with her husband James, gifted and athletic daughter Mika and dog Nyla.
